| 24/02/2010 | Banco Sabadell to pay Euros 0.08 per share
Today, Banco Sabadell´s Board of Directors agreed to ask the Ordinary Shareholders´ Meeting to approve a supplementary 2009 payment amounting to Euros 0.08 per share in the form of a distribution of treasury stock for an equivalent amount, subject to the pertinent amendments to the Articles of Association.
